My perfect day:
Yoga Class (1.5 hours)
Start work at 9:00 with awesome clients only
Mid-day: dog walk
5:00 day ends and me time begins with
Healthy dinner, family and friend time...

To note: 
30% time my self care time boundary is crossed
Food is love
Sleep- 7 hours is it enough?
Is there a doctor with self respect that I can have a healthy relationship with?
