Here is how the class is designed.... One sign-up but access to the series...
Each class is designed based on a Youtube video of Emily Splichal's. All the information is listed on a webpage that will be emailed. The video and "cheat sheet" of foot exercises are listed with each date. It might be helpful to watch the youtube video prior to my class- but not necessary as I will do my own spin on it. I will also add accomodations for things like balance deficits. The Zooms will be recorded and uploaded to this page. This page will be available for replays until October 15.
