In my 25 years in the wellness industry- I've notice certain (Simple) things made a BIG difference in someone's health or wellbeing... things like sleep, nutrition, functional breathing, nervous system regulation, posture, fascia and lymphatic health.
I love connecting with people to their simple solutions and supporting them in their health journey.
There is what you DO that makes a difference (the habits or outer work) and then there is who you BECOME (the inner work). For a more transformational process, coaching over a period of time is helpful.
