Winter Wellness with Essential Oils

Three principals to winter wellness:

Building the Immune System so we naturally fight virus’s and bacterial

Keeping germs at bay through healthy cleaning products

Using oils to combat symptoms to get better, faster…

First Line of Defense: Build your Immune System and combat germs with Thieves…

Young Living’s one-of-a-kind Thieves blend is a carefully balanced blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils. This powerful formula may help support healthy immune function.

Thieves essential oil blend was inspired by the legend of four 15th-century French thieves who
formulated a special aromatic combination composed of clove, rosemary, and other botanicals they
used while robbing the dead and dying.

Thieves essential oil blend can also be found in all of our Thieves home and body products for
naturally derived alternatives you can safely use every day. The home and personal care products
in our Thieves line are the versatile solutions you need to clean your home effectively, made with
ingredients you can feel great about.

My favorite ways of using a bottle of thieves is the following…

Thieves Essential Oil Recipes

Roller ball: Drop 20-30 drops thieves in the glass. Fill the rest of the way with any pourable oil- jojoba, olive oil, fractionated coconut oil. Press the roller top firmly in and screw on the cap. Rub daily on the bottom on your feet.

Inhaler: Place the cotton wick in the plastic cap. Drop 15 drops thieves oils on the wick. Pop the cap on. To use, screw open the top and smell.

Thieves in diffuser: 5-10 drops as directed.

Thieves in honey– about 1 drop to 1 tsp honey. Can take alone or in tea/coffee.

My favorite single oils for winter wellness…

  • Lavender: calming.  to a cough, a cold, helps with rest
  • Frankincense: good for exhaustion, good for night time rest.
  • Eucalyptus globulous: sinus support
  • Orange oil: reduces swelling and relaxes muscles (think lungs too) and balances out harsher oils
  • Tea tree- anti fungal, anti-bacterial
  • Cedarwood: calming and sinus support: better for younger kids than eucalyptus oils
